Initially, I was looking for a place to rent as I was new to NL, but Craig turned my rental status to being a homeowner! He used to come to pick us up from the hotel and take us around to see homes on the market. He never stopped until he made sure we found a home that met our needs. We found him very honest, sincere and professional! He was very passionate about his work. He went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met beyond our expectations. During the closing date, we were not in NL as we were still in ON, but Craig did FaceTime with us as he inspected the home to ensure the home condition remained in good shape before closing. He kept the key for us until we arrived two days after the closing date. He gave us the key with a welcoming card that stated: “…it has no closing costs! (GO AHEAD! CLOSE IT AS OFTEN AS YOU LIKE! We were moving from out of Province to St John's NL for work and Craig Went 'over and above' to make sure that we got the perfect house within our budget and in record time!
